Frequently Asked Questions:

What can I expect?

Rather than being a building where people far from God are met with shame, guilt, and condemnation, Jesus leads us to be a family that extends His grace, mercy, and forgiveness to everyone. No matter what you’ve been through or what questions you might have, we want you to be a part of the family. You will be challenged to grow with relevant, applicable Biblical teaching, inspired to worship with Christ-centric congregational music and served by people who genuinely care about you.

We don't place a high premium on what you look like on the outside. Come as you are. We show up wearing everything from suits to shorts. The important thing is what God is doing on the inside. Our goal is to point people to Jesus. Because when we meet Jesus, He does the work of changing us to be like Him, challenging us to take next steps with Him.

Are all of your worship services the same?

Our morning services are identical in format and content. There may be certain ministries offered only at specific campuses, but the overall service will be very similar.

What are your service times?

Because Grace Bible Church has multiple campuses, each campus meets at different service times throughout the week. Click here to check your location for service times.

Do you have Sunday evening services?

Nampa: We offer a variety of classes, prayer and praise services, ministry events and special speakers on Sunday evenings. Our Sunday evening programming is very different from Sunday morning. Our Sunday evening schedule can be found on the Grace Bible Church calendar. We will indicate whether or not childcare is provided for classes, events or services.

Smiths Ferry: No.

What missions/missionaries do Grace support?

Grace Bible Church is committed to "Uniting people with Jesus". As part of this commitment, supporting missionaries, mission organizations, and care organizations are a top priority. Click here to check out who we currently support.

How can I meet with a pastor?

To schedule a meeting with a pastor, contact the Grace Bible Church office. The office knows our calendars better than we do most of the time!

What is your worship style?

While understanding that everyone has preferences, we strive to sing the right songs for the specific service whether they be ancient or contemporary, hymns or choruses. Rather than enabling consumerism and limiting our musical expressions, we encourage the engaging of the heart and mind during our congregational worship regardless the style.

What are the requirements to become a member?

The details of membership can be found on our Membership Page as one of our "Next Steps".

What is your teaching on baptism?

We've created an entire page and a video to help you understand our beliefs on baptism and to help you determine whether or not it should be your "Next Step". Visit the Baptism Page for more information.

Where can I find a calendar of events?

You may find our upcoming events on our Upcoming Events Page.

How can I join a group?

We believe groups are the lifeblood of any growing church. For more information on how to join a group, please see the Groups Page.

What ministries are available for kids and teens and when do they meet?

Grace Kidz Sunday experience combines creative and relevant biblical teaching with high-energy games, activities and object lessons. We are passionate about our children (infants through 6th grade) learning about Jesus on their own level in safe, age-appropriate learning environments. We would love to see you and your family visit Grace Kidz this Sunday! More about Grace Kidz

Grace Students, 6th to 12th Grade, meet every Wednesday at 6:30pm at the Nampa Campus.
