Design Request Form  

Welcome to the Design Request Process! We're making tweaks to the entire creative process to make it easier for everyone to get what they need when they need it. A couple things to note as you fill out the request form: 

Prior to submitting the Design Request Form, it is essential to finalize event approval through the office calendar. Neglecting this step will lead to the denial of your design request.  

The Creative Team needs at least 6-8 weeks to complete your project before the event goes live on the calendar. Your event will not go live without a graphic.  

Try to think of EVERYTHING you need for your event before filling this form out. When a request is submitted, a scheduled plan is created for our graphic designer and it's very difficult to add things after the schedule has been put in place.  

If you are ordering any prints or type of apparel, take into consideration the turnaround time of your product.  

  • Apparel (4 weeks)  
  • Printed Materials (2 weeks)  
  • Signage/Posters (2 weeks)

    • All outsourced materials must be proofed by our Creative Team and ordered through the following approved vendors: 

  • Apparel - Fully Promoted 
  •  Printed Materials - International Minute Press 
  •  Signage/Posters - Righteous Signs and Designs

    • It's important to note that the Creative Team has final say on the overall design and style of the product. You can trust that our team is keeping up with current trends, thinking about the audience (who the product is for), and listening to your input. Overall, the Creative Team will create products that reflect the overall brand of Grace Bible Church.
