Salvation does not come about by going to a church, giving money to religious causes or serving on a ministry team. Salvation is all about God’s favor from beginning to end. Even the desire to follow Jesus begins with God (John 6:44). We bring nothing to the table but our sin and an understanding of our utter helplessness without God. We admit that we are sinners and we confess those sins to the only One who can change us, in so doing agreeing with God’s view of right and wrong. The Bible reveals that God by His incredible grace and thanks to the work of Jesus Christ on the cross saves us from our sins and saves us to eternal life (Eph. 2:8-9). He changes our standing from sinner to saint (2 Cor. 5:17) and starts us on an incredible journey filled with next steps through which the Holy Spirit will make us more and more like Jesus (2 Cor. 3:17).
We would love to help you meet Jesus and experience salvation personally.

After trusting in Christ for salvation, one of the most important decisions you can make is to go public for Jesus by being baptized. Baptism is an outward sign of an inward commitment you made when you turned from your sin to faith in Jesus Christ. Baptism does not save you, nor does it mean that you are made perfect, but rather is a means by which you make a life-long commitment to grow in your relationship with Jesus.

When Christ followers are baptized, they are submerged under water to identify with the death and burial of Jesus and raised out of the water to identify with His resurrection. We believe that water baptism is a public declaration of three important things: you are a follower of Jesus Christ, you are beginning a changed life in Christ, and you are part of a new family.
